Our mission is to provide transformative leadership development and empowerment programs through DA Consultancy and DA Ministries. We aim to inspire, educate, and support individuals and organizations to achieve excellence and make a lasting impact.

Who We Are

DA Global Impact is a dynamic organization dedicated to personal and professional development. We operate through two main arms:

• DA Consultancy: Specializing in leadership development, we offer intensive training programs, personalized consultancy, and strategic guidance to help individuals and organizations thrive.
• DA Ministries: Focusing on women’s empowerment, we provide bi-monthly Women Business Brunches and other initiatives designed to uplift, inspire, and support women in their personal and professional journeys.

Our Founder

Our founder, Denise Asirifi, is a visionary leader with a passion for empowering others. With extensive experience in leadership development and a commitment to making a difference,Denise Asirifi has dedicated their life to helping individuals and communities achieve their highest potential.

DA Consultancy:

• Leadership Development Training: Our One-Day Intensive Leadership Development Training is designed to build strong character, enhance accountability, and foster high-performance habits among leaders.
• 1:1 Consultancy: Tailored guidance and strategic advice to help individuals and organizations overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

DA Ministries:

• Women Business Brunch: Our bi-monthly brunches bring together women entrepreneurs, leaders, and professionals to network, learn, and support each other in a nurturing environment.
• Empowerment Initiatives: Various programs and events aimed at providing education, mentorship, and resources to empower women in their personal and professional lives.

Denise, equipped with a two-year diploma in Theology (2005) and a third-year diploma in World Missions (2006) from Rhema Bible Training College USA, furthered her education, graduating in 2013 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Leadership from Southwestern Christian University in Oklahoma.
Her unique ability to speak publicly stems from diverse experiences as a missionary, preacher, speaker, spouse, and mother. Denise’s faith-driven message resonates globally, focusing on leadership development, women’s empowerment, and strengthening the Christian community.
